warning TMI ! 32 weeks pregnant discharge

Hello all , I am currently just over 32 weeks pregnant . I have had really bad back and lower stomach aching pains today and have noticed and increase in general discharge to the point I decided to wear a sanitary pad today ( I have always had whiteish discharge since I got pregnant). This afternoon I wiped and the discharge has changed colour . Should I be concerned ?

Not sure of any help I can be but thought I could bump your thread...although, could that be your mucous plug? The pains do sound like early labour, too. I suggest calling in and seeing what is advised.

I don't know either, but giving this another bump as you must be anxious. Hopefully it's nothing untoward though.

I think you prob need to be checked out for infection. It looks a bit dark. I had increased discharge near the end but it was light coloured. Mucus plugs are usually more solid and blood tinged

Agree that could be infection. It could also be your waters leaking with meconium. Is baby moving as normal? Go see your PAU
