Positive pregnancy test and light bleeding on wipe should I be worried

It's probably implantation bleeding so should be fine. Treat yourself, relax, don't worry. If bleeding continues for days maybe seek a heartbeat scan though not usually possible to detect until 5 or 6 weeks.
