Hi,

Please can someone tell me what symptoms I should be having at five weeks 6 days.

I currently have sore breast and feeling quite tired. But that is it. I have no morning sickness or nauseousness.

I am slightly worried, after suffering a missed miscarriage earlier this year.

Every woman and every pregnancy is different. I’ve never been sick through 3 pregnancies, and only had a bit of nausea in this current one. Mostly just REALLY tired and dizzy. Some women have no symptoms at all.

There's nothing you should or shouldn't be having (obviously intense pain and bleeding etc are something else). The symptoms you have or will have are your own symptoms. Everyone is different.

Been pregnant three times and only one has progressed. The first 5-8 weeks I was up and down with feeling sick, sometimes not feeling pregnant at all! id say after 8 weeks the sickness/nausea really kicked in and had sore boobs for about three months and then it dies down for me

I'm 5 weeks 6 days too! I'm not overly symptomatic.. sore boobs, peeing more often, the odd tummy twinge, bloating and today for the first time I felt sick in the hours before dinner! Probably still really early to be getting major symptoms.

@Drf is this your first pregnancy?

I just don't want to feel so worried about it. I have an appointment at the EPU booked in for Monday.

Yeah, first pregnancy! It's a very worrying time all round... we don't get seen where I live until between 12-14 weeks and private scans cost a fortune... so I'm not getting a private scan until maybe 8 or 9 weeks as I'm worried it'll just be too early to see anything properly before then! Hope your appointment goes well x

For me, nausea only kicked in about 8 weeks (and didn't stop for 5 months). Don't worry, it's early days. Some people don't get sick at all

I’m 5w 5 days and my boobs are on and off sore, I don’t feel particularly pregnant. Not nauseous or bloated. I think I’m peeing a bit more? I’m shattered but also getting over covid so not sure if that’s why. In previous pregnancies I remember my boobs were a lot more sore.
