Hi,

I just found out today pregnant saying 3+ on the digital clear blue test. I am not sure I quite believe it.

Has anyone got pregnant quickly after laparoscopy?

My son is 15 and it has been a very long time. Do you still go GP to get blood test to confirm?

What's changed? I am totally clueless

I am having a lot of lower back pain and feel sick lost appetite. I am feeling very hot and very tired and weak. Anyone feeling like this.
I feel so bloated too.

Any advice

Congratulations.

Home pregnancy tests are very reliable so there is no need for the GP to repeat it.

I would go on your GP's website to see if you are allowed to self-refer to midwife services and at what weeks of pregnancy you should do that.

If not then unfortunately you are going to have to phone them to find out this information. Make it very clear if you talk to the receptionist that you have not had a child for 15 years.

Hi @Scorpio8 I’m in a similar situation. Had a laparoscopy and endo excision on 7th May, period started 8th May and I found out I’m pregnant last week. Wasn’t trying so I think ovulation must have been delayed by a week or so due to the lap. I’m worried about not being fully healed but have a follow up with my consultant today so will see what he says xx

Feeling the same now. Because had my laparoscopy 9 May.
