I’m struggling to find someone who has been in this same position as myself and Google is failing me this time!
I am currently pregnant with my second child, and my first baby was born in 2019 via elective section (due to being breech) which was very straight forward and recovered quickly.
August last year I discovered I was pregnant again but suffered from an ectopic pregnancy where my left Fallopian tube was removed, again was lucky to have a very quick recovery.
I do suffer from keloid scarring also and all scars from above surgery’s are raised/bumpy but sealed.
Ive been scheduled for a Call with a consultant next week to discuss delivery options - either a VBAC or elective section. My midwife doesn’t seem to think any of the above would prevent a successful VBAC this time round. Has anyone ever managed a VBAC after ectopic surgery?? Or scar issues
