Help what is this!!

I'm 16 weeks pregnant with my second baby and this evening I'm feeling like something is jumping around like crazy at the top left hand side of my tummy above my belly button! Its been non stop for over half an hour!! It can't be the baby can it? It wouldn't be this high up already would it?? What else could it be??

It could just be your heartbeat. It can feel stronger as your blood volume increases

@GrowBabyGrow Thanks but i don't think that's what it is this time. Its like an erratic movement in one circle at the top left side of my abdomen..partner has been able to feel it too. Its going on ages now..not as crazy as it was earlier but still a lot of movement! Can't see baby being this high up but can't figure out what else it could be!! Its such a weird feeling!!
