Could this be implantation bleeding

My periods are a little out of sorts anyway been trying for a baby for a few years now and I’ve never had this before I’m spotting but this had now gone on for about 4 days I thought it was my period turning up a week early but still nothing really there, I’ve never had spotting before, It’s started off light pink and the night before I had a shooting pain I thought I was getting a uti but the weird sharp pain stopped.
I will take a pregnancy test at some point but I think after waiting so long i actually feel really overwhelmed

Thank you super nervous been trying for 3 years so I had it in my head I can’t get pregnant so this has really thrown me the fact I feel like maybe I could be. I’ve just been referred to a fertility specialist too so hopefully that won’t be needed 🙏

I took a test last weekend and came back negative still no change so I’ll take one tomorrow morning
