Early labour symptoms

Hi ladies, was just looking for some advice to be honest, I am 38+6 weeks pregnant and I have a c section booked for the 4th July, but I'm really worried I'm not going to make it to this date as I have been having early labour symptoms for the last 1-2 weeks now which have got worse today. In the last 1-2weeks I have had lots of tightenings, lower back and belly ache, huge increase of clear vaginal discharge (sorry for tmi) and really intense pelvic pressure. Today, I have had all of those symptoms but also my discharge is now pink tinged and sometimes a little more red, should I contact my midwife? I'm so worried that I'm going to have a forced vaginal birth, because with DC1 my labour and delivery was so quick that i worry that if my waters break soon everything will happen too fast to have the c section (I'm having a c section this time for medical reasons)

If anyone has any advice I would be so so grateful!

Thanks all Smile

Definitely contact your midwife if you don't want a vaginal birth as your body may not hold on that long. Second time I was having these symptoms for 4 days before birth but you may not have that long!
