Shoulder Tip Pain

Hi Ladies,

I know that a sign of an ectopic pregnancy is shoulder tip pain. Have any of you had this? Is it pain or a a sensation? I have a funny numbness almost there on the left side and I’m not sure if I’m imagining it, but it’s worrying me!

How many weeks are you? If you are worried then get it checked out.

Only 4.5 weeks.

just wondering if someone could describe the feeling

Mine felt like someone was snapping my shoulder in half, however I was very unwell & didn't know I was pregnant so it was very very late when this pain happened & I was taken straight into surgery. Please get it checked out if its worrying you, if you've noticed it then take that as a sign & get it checked out.

Ill go to the doctor tomorrow morning, but I can’t figure out if I’m imagining it or if it’s because I was sitting funny - but I won’t ignore it

I was around 7 weeks, but my tube ruptured so that's why I was so poorly. Please do keep an eye on it over night & get it checked if it's still there. We know our bodies, you know what's normal & what feels off.

Pain doesn’t ease, I was 6weeks and mine ruptured in hospital as was weekend and they were busy, mine was also in my neck and I had a dull ache in stomach. Call 111 for advice
