What hay fever remedies or medication can you take during pregnancy?

Loratadine is safe to take, and nasal sprays like beconase

loratadine or cetirizine are find to take.
if they don't work for you a steroid nasal spray can be used.

piriton is also fine but can make you quite tired/drowsy.

The difficulty with antihistamines is that they are most effective if you start taking them before pollen season, ie March. If you start now you might not feel much benefit. I'm suffering myself so I really sympathise.
