Hi all! Hope you’re all good. I’m 20 weeks + 2 and had my scan go well today, woohoo!! I now officially feel like I am having a baby now this milestone has passed.

I would like to start doing some reading about birth, and I like the idea of hypnobirth. I’m not sure we will pay for any classes due to the cost but want to educate myself. Does anyone have any recommendations please? :)

Hey, congrats on a positive scan! I'm 20+3 and have my scan on Friday :) A couple of recommendations:

Books:

  1. In Your Own Time by Sara Wickham
  2. The Positive Birth Book by Milli Hill

Cheap courses/Instagram hypnobirthing advice:

  1. thenakeddoula
  2. thepositivebirthcompany

Hope this helps! X
