Rash

Hi I'm 22 weeks pregnant and suddenly I have a bumpy rash on my hands and arms, it itches slightly and is like skin coloured bumps.

Just wondered if anyone has had this, as I have done nothing different so pretty sure it's not a reaction.

Could it be a heat rash? I had something similar around 20 weeks pregnant and my midwife said it was just my body rising in temperature. If you’re unsure check with doctor or your midwife!
