37 weeks and sudden severe worsening of PGP

Fellow PGP sufferers - I've had PGP this time round since 10 weeks and it has been getting progressively worse, particularly during the 3rd trimester.

I'm just under 37 weeks with my 2nd baby but last night I all of a sudden was absolutely crippled by the pain. I took strong co-codamol and I couldn't turn over in bed. Today I feel like I can't even really walk. It was very uncomfortable before but nothing like this.

For you, did your PGP suddenly worsen as a sign of imminent Labour? It's the only thing I can think of as I had a chilled/ restful day yesterday. She's been head down since 28 weeks and very low in my pelvis for weeks.

I'm getting worried as DP is back at work tomorrow so I'm looking after our 1-year old DD solely which if I feel like I do at present will be very challenging...

TIA x
