Early pregnancy rage

I'm a ball of rage, at 4 weeks. An absolute volcano.
Anyone else had this?
Had bad PND with my first so maybe it's an early manifestation of that, but I don't feel sad, just furious...

I had awful rage during my pregnancy. It was so bad. Looking back now I felt so sorry for my partner. I smashed a window of a door in the lounge during an argument once.

I have NEVER been like that in my life. And now baby is here I am fine.

I wish I had spoken to my GP or midwife now looking back.

@weewillywig ah I'm sorry that sounds awful. It's totally how I feel though, like ready to smash plates or something.

It's always hard to know what's normal and what's not with pregnancy isn't it. When I had my first I was so sad and anxious all the way through but I thought that this is just how things are. This time I think I'll mention anything like that to midwife, as I don't want to spiral out of control again.

I was absolutely beside myself in the first couple of weeks after my periods due, both times. Then a bit of calmness, then the nausea set in. I've never valued contraception more than after I became a mother.
