Bleeding at 5 weeks

I first tested positive a week ago yesterday.

I had an early internal scan 4 days ago, as I had pain - was so happy as they saw a sac! I was told I have a fybroid but nothing to worry about as it’s small and not near the sac.

Last night I had a lot of cramping and pain. Woke early this morning and when I went to the loo, I had brown spotting, which has continued through the day with mild cramps..

I’m so scared that it could be a miscarriage…waiting for a call back from 111.

has anyone had this and was everything ok?

Honestly, it could go either way, OP, sorry.
My early (6 week) loss began with brown spotting which progressed to bleeding. Other women have spotting and/or bleeding at the beginning and everything is fine.
If it is a loss then there isn't anything to be done so early on apart from take it easy and take care of yourself. Fingers crossed it's the other path and everything is fine 🙂
