How are you managing hayfever?

Im really struggling the Dr said loratadine is ok to take but its having no impact at all. Anyone found anything that helps? Im 13 weeks.

Have you tried a corticosteroid nasal spray?

I took hayfever relief tablet daily but like you, it didn't seem to be improving things. I bought a nasal spray from the chemist also, but it didn't help either. Sadly I suffered through most of the first trimester with it, quite bad! When I got near the second trimester, the symptoms subsided & I haven't taken a hay fever relief tablet for over 10 weeks now! Which is crazy as I had allergies prior to pregnancy. Hopefully it goes away for you too in time!
