I passed this after waiting a while for my period to come. I thought it was strange that I hadn't had my period because I am normally quite regular. On the first day of bleeding, this was the first thing to come out. I've never had anything like this before! I'm wondering whether this was a pregnancy that I missed because I was late on my period. I can't recall any other unusual symptoms but just a bit confused.

I'd keep that if you can op and consult a doctor it might just be a miscarriage but that doesn't look like an embryo so might be worth getting it checked out ( I could be wrong but I'd be alarmed at seeing that ).

Yea I'd get it checked with GP. How late was your period?

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks, and didn't have anything like that.
