What have you cried about today?

Today mine was about a very specific kind of chips that you used to get at my old local go-to burger restaurant near a house I haven't lived at for ten months (crispy chips with hot sauce and a blue cheese sauce). I wanted them so much that I welled up - I was in a meeting and had to turn my camera off so I could have a cry and compose myself.

I live 180 miles away from that restaurant now so no chance of getting them. Absolutely distraught.

What ridiculous thing has your pregnancy made you cry about recently (I'm almost 13 weeks)?

I was over at my friend's house sitting in her garden this afternoon, and her tortoise was plodding about. He somehow managed to roll over onto his back and couldn't get up. I wept for him!

I started putting 'dirty' laundry in the washing machine today, realising halfway through that it was, in fact, all clean laundry that had been washed, folded, and waiting in the basket for 3 days - I'd just forgotten to put it away. Apparently that warranted a little cry on the kitchen floor this morning. 😂

22 weeks and today I cried because I booked a hotel for a work trip and wrote down the wrong dates and had to call back and amend the booking. Everything was fine, no one was angry, and the hotel didn’t mind. It actually made the booking cheaper. Still sobbed!
