I just wanted to get some people's experiences of their mental health during pregnancy, particularly people with a mental health condition prior to getting pregnant . I know a lot of peoples mental health plummets and even more so after the birth but has anyone found they handled it a lot better than expected or was actually quite a lot better?
A friend of a friend apparently was so much more stable when she was pregnant (ocd & anxiety beforehand) I have a panic disorder so I'm hoping this is the case for me too!
