Did anyone spot throughout pregnancy

I keep spotting, it's always light but it's been happening since 8 weeks, I'm now 23 weeks. Every couple of weeks I'd say I will have some spotting. At 17 weeks I was diagnosed with a cervical erosion and last week had spotting again, when checked they said there is no sign of an erosion so what's causing it ! It's really getting to me now. I'm terrified to have sex even though I have needs and really want to be close to my partner.

Anyone have any experience ?

I'm worried it's going to get worse or cause issues down the line.
I was checked for infection last week and they've lost the swabs or something !! So god knows. Also I don't have any signs of infection at all. But I have had bv in the past with no symptoms what so ever so that keeps playing on my mind too - would that cause bleeding ?

I did with my first. It started at 20 weeks and continued pretty much until he was born. I never found out what was causing it. That was 16 years ago, he was born at 40 +1 almost 9lb!

I didnt have the same problems with my 2nd.

Yes, I did. I was diagnosed with Ectropion and was nothing to be concerned about.

See I was diagnosed with this when I was 17 weeks but when I was examined again last week they couldn't see it ! Can they disappear ?

Sorry to jump on your post. I'm going through something ATM, I'm only 5 weeks today but Sunday just gone me and my partner had sex and it made me start to bleed, not enough to fill a pad or change it every half hour. I could literally have it on most of the day and it wouldn't be covered. Just more when I wipe. I'm not having any pains at all. X

I know someone who had spotting throughout pregnancy... they actually thought it was there period and didn't find out they were pregnant till very late on.

So worried as people I know have bleed and have been fine. I just find it crazy how it was just after sex. I'm just hoping its nothing, got to wait a week to have a scan which feels like so long away.
