Mucus plug

Hey ladies. Gross subject I know, but what did your mucus plug look like and how many weeks were you when you lost it? Was it blood tinged or clear or some other colour/tinge? Did you lose it in one go or in bits? I know not everyone notices losing their plug and some don't lose it at all until they are in labour, but I'm asking those who have noticed losing theirs for their experiences please

Mine went a day before my due date, it was very obvious, big chunks of mucus when I wiped. My waters broke about six hours later.

Mine wasn't, no, but I understand that's normal.

Mine went on the morning I went into labour and was blood tinged.

Lost mine when my labour started. It was bloody and gross..

Lost mine a few days before labour. Looked in the toilet and stuck on the edge was a lump of yellowy / green snot looking stuff with a couple of streaks of brown. It was delightful!!

Lost more bloody mucous when I’d been examined in hospital and confirmed as in labour.
