Lost some mucus plug after a week of reduced movements

So I have been in and out of hospital for the past week (even overnight stays) to monitor baby as I'm 35 weeks and movements definitely haven't been great. The hospital are happy with baby's heartbeat and CTGs are okay which I'm now going in for daily. I have weekly scans as well as this baby was weighing 5 pound 3 on last scan. They have mentioned early induction due to reduced movements but seeing how I go. Tonight I've lost some of my mucus plug? I know it can re create itself but wondering if I should ring midwife with having both loss of mucus plug and reduced movements? I'm so anxious what's best anymore😭

You are being monitored and you are anxious, those are both good enough reasons to phone.
