Ultrasound 7 weeks

Hi everyone, I had an ultrasound last Tuesday. All okay, saw heartbeat and brain… the sonographer said the baby was at the top of my womb which is good… does anyone know why this is? Thank-you x

At a guess and I'm not a medical expert but maybe because they're so small? They've got a lot of time to grow a lot bigger and squish you 😁
