Sharp lightening pains on/ off

Hi all,

Anyone with any experience of sharp lightening pains quite deep inside vagina? They don't last long and have been on and off for past 2 days.

I am 35 weeks pregnant this week.

The odd thing is I have a breech baby at 35 weeks so I don't know if it's her trying to move around

Pelvic mobility including forward leaning inversion, shaking the apples, side lying release and hip squeezes with a scarf can all help... look at Spinning Babies for how to de these.

My Midwife told me to do the forward meaning inversion so I'm going to give that a try today
