Period type aches

I'm 28 + 4 days and today I have been getting really uncomfortable period type pains is this anything to worry about never had this with my other 2 pregnancies xx

I’ve had these on and off throughout the whole pregnancy. Sometimes I worry about them but apparently it’s normal and just things growing and stretching out.

Obviously if they get strong then contact the midwife.

I also have them. My sister had them as well in both pregnancies. And she now has 2 wonderful boys. :)
