Anyone have any natural remedies? I haven't actually been sick but I am constantly nauseous and can't stand the thought of food. Been eating bland things like crisps and dry toast, chips. Anyone else found anything that helps!? Xx

I'm the same. 7w2d today, and it really kicked in when I hit 7 weeks.

I've ordered some of those acupressure bracelets because they apparently help, but they haven't arrived yet.

Eating little and often, even if you don't feel like it, can help.

I know it varies from person to person, but I've found Love Hearts sweets help to shift nausea. My friend said Werther's Originals are good too.

Hope you're feeling better soon! Constant nausea is miserable.

Cyclizine hydrochloride tablets from the doctors were the only thing that helped with my 3 pregnancies :/

Ginger tea. Sherbet lemons.

Not miracle cures but did help a bit. Good luck :)

I’m in the same boat. 7 weeks. I just can’t seem to stomach anything, and then anything I do manage to eat leaves an awful taste in my mouth shortly afterwards. Been sipping orange juice and eating crisps. Bought some teas but then realised they had things in that I shouldn’t drink (didn’t even know there was herbal tea ingredients to avoid) 😞

Im 7 weeks and the same at the moment. I keep getting small burps after eating n ive found if i act on them i then throw up. Im able to eat but im having to try n hold it in. My appetite has gone down so much, im gonna rely on fruit smoothies!! Also, keep weeing myself whilst being sick, even after going for a wee first! 😔😔

Sucking aniseed twists and mint sweets helped me. I also ate crackers like they were going out of fashion! I also sniffed lemon essential oil when I started to feel nauseous.
It eventually stopped but these things took the edge off feeling sick.

21 weeks now and still struggling with this although it is better. My only advice, eat little and often, whatever you can stomach and sip water. It’s tough but you’ll get through it for your baby :)

Thanks everyone ❤️ took some advice from here and today at work have been constantly either eating crackers, sherbet lemons or werthers originals 😂 interestingly I've also completely gone off hot drinks - I used to drink about 12 cups of tea a day. The thought of one literally makes me heave 🙈 all fun and games! Hope you're all holding up ok! Xxx

Ikea ginger biscuits were my saviour.

I had nausea from week 6 until 10 when it completely dissappeared when placenta took over.

Sherbet lemons, love hearts, interesting I was mad for satsumas and strawberry jam. Must be a vitamin C thing. Jacobs cream crackers, weak tea. Just keep nibbling. When you wake up eat before you get out of bed
