I am so so so fed up of peeing every time I sneeze 😫. Ive got hideous hay-fever and reached a new low today in the supermarket, despite my best efforts the 6 sneezes in a row proved too much. Its not a lot, it will most likely stop after I give birth and I am doing pelvic floor exercises (and have seen a physio) so I'm not concerned but fuck me is it getting tedious now. Its not my first pregnancy but apparently my hay-fever is a thousand times worse this time so its more frequent 🙃

So I guess for the next 10 weeks I'll be sporting the tena ladies. What a glamorous time pregnancy is.

You have my empathy. My 18 month old has given me s horrible cold that her picked up from nursery. Everyone I cough, I pee a little, it's getting tedious. If it's not bad enough that im hacking up my lungs, I have pee to worry about too. I'm only 21 weeks! I didn't get to peeing my pants till I wad in the mid to late 30 weeks with my first.

Oh no that sounds awful too! I hope you get over the cold soon, pregnant with a toddler and a horrendous cold is not fun at all. Oh with both pregnancies I had it happen early on thanks to the sickness but both times it went away so I thought I'd got lucky....apparently not! It does help knowing I'm not alone though (sorry!)

Yeah I feel you, I am 23 weeks with my second and have to hold myself down there every time I sneeze to stop myself - it does actually work haha. The worse is when I’m led down! But I had pretty horrendous bladder control before my first was born even born so can’t expect too much!
