Baby suddenly turned breech at 35 + 2 - Any advice please??

Hi all,

As the title states, my baby has turned breech randomly, it must have been yesterday as I felt some very strange movements. And now today I went for my growth scan which went great, but the consultant said that he has turned breech and I’ve got to go for another scan in 2 weeks to make a “plan”. He’s told me to use the Spinning Babies website to try and see if I can turn him at home. Has anybody experienced this? I find it quite strange that he’s been cephalic since 24 weeks and all of a sudden turned?

Baby DD turned herself breech at 37w. I followed the advice on Spinning Babies and she'd turned round again by the time I finally went into labour at 41+6. I felt her turn back and it was a very odd experience indeed!

Mine was breech at 34 + 6. I wasn't told to do anything to turn her, just that they would rescan in 2 weeks. She'd turned by then.
