Positive, then negative, no period in over 2 weeks

hi I’m desperate for help. I know you guys aren’t doctors but I’m hoping someone can relate. I had 6 positive pregnancy test. Different brands. Then a few days later they were negative. I went to the Er assuming it was a early miscarriage and blood work showed no signs of pregnancy. So After that I’m expecting blood to come from my early miscarriage but NOTHING has happened. It’s been almost 6 weeks since my last period. And if it is a chemical like I was told then WHERE IS THE BLOOD??? My periods are like clock work. So this not normal at all. Im waiting on my doctor to order and ultrasound but I can’t help like feel like the doctors are wrong. I read up on cryptic pregnancy and I know it’s a low chance but is there a way that my pcos could be messing up my test? I’ve been trying for almost 7 months now and my heart is very confused.

Hello lovely, I've had an issue before and didn't have a period for weeks what wasn't normal for me, I had positive tests which am guessing where just evap lines as I also had a blood test and no signs of pregnancy eventually my period came. It was a bad period though, definitely go back to doctors see what's going on could be nothing or could be something but I've been in a similar situation, hope your ok and good luck with everything
