39+6 today... Got my first sweep at lunchtime and currently bricking it 🙈

Don't know what to expect and if it worked for you how quick did it work?

I had a sweep with my third at 39+5 (with my first two I went into labour spontaneously) and I was holding my baby around 24hrs later. So it went roughly: 4pm sweep (they found I was 2cm dilated), I woke up at 8am with mild cramps, waters broke at 215pm and baby born 315pm.
