Bump getting smaller

In my 10th week now and my tummy feels like it's getting smaller? I felt huge to begin with now it seems to have shrunk. Got first scan on Friday.

At first your bump will have been bloating, that's probably now improving x

I felt the same, but in the early weeks my bump was actually just bloat. Your digestion slows right down and the bloating for me second time round was really bad! At 10 weeks baby is still so, so tiny, so any bump you see isn’t actually baby until later on. I felt like I went from bloated, to nothing, and then at 16 weeks my bump started to pop again.

Yes it would have been 100% bloating before. I'm in week 11 and only past few days has the bloating stopped, so my stomach Overall isn't as big but I can see the bottom pouch is more rounder and firmer now and more like a bump! So don't worry! Xx

Thankyou so much. Without being too graphic I haven't been able to go to the loo properly for weeks when normally I'm every day. I do have a rounded bump at the bottom just don't look so fat!

This is exactly the same as me at around 11 weeks! How did this turn out for you if you don't mind me asking?

I was huge and it’s all gone. Must have been bloat

I've just had my 12 week scan and all was well! Definitely bloat that's started to calm down by the looks of it.
