5 weeks late and negative preg tests. Maybe onset peri menopause?

Hi all.
Anyway ..43 in July, always had regular cycles although they seem to be up to 30+ days long nowadays.
I got pregnant Nov last year but it was ectopic 🥲 and I had the injection.
I actually tested a very faint positive when it was ectopic.. a few days before my period was due.
After the injection, my periods restarted January and was 34 days till my Feb period. I had an 11 day cycle tho in April but went back to 30+ days again since.

Thing is, I'm now day 35 and have no period but have been having tummy aches and right sides twinges, lower dull heavy feeling. No breast pain this time but recently started with twinges and itchy nipples 🙈 and lower mid back pain (not usual for me). It's 7th June now and tests have all been completely negative. The Flo app predicts my ovulation...I've not tracked it yet but will do when I eventually come on again.

Any idea what could be going on? Do you think the ectopic has messed me up or maybe peri menopause? My last period was only 3 days but that happened when I got pregnant last November. Surely I'd have a positive test by now as I'd be 4 weeks and 6 days if I were but even a digital says not pregnant. I'm so confused. Thanks xx

Is there any chance of another ectopic that the tests aren’t picking up? Might be worth a call to the GP in case you need a referral?

I have wondered and I really hope not. I had a lot of bleeding last time and an early positive preg test. This time Iv had no bleeding what so ever and negative tests.
Thing is, I always spot every month on the run up to my period but I've had absolutely nothing since my last period. It's so bizarre.
I'm currently trying to ring the epu but can't seem to get hold of anyone.

I rang the epu and the midwife wasn't concerned. She said she has never known that to happen. However, she couldn't answer wether it's possible to test positive after 35 day cycle so I'm none the wiser x
