Did anyone suffer swollen/sore lymph nodes while breastfeeding?

have enlarged lymph node in upper abdomen, painful that comes & goes. Scans/tests have shown nothing else & doctor says could be from breastfeeding?! does anyone have experience with this?

Hmm, odd one! When I read the thread title I thought you were going to mention your armpit as the breast tissue goes right back there and of you get a blocked duct it can really feel like a lymph node.
