This is my 4th pregnancy. Last Thursday I began to feel poorly- the onset of a bad cold perhaps- by Friday I had to cancel all plans and slept on and off all day. Nothing has changed and I’m on day 5. Mixtures of sweats and cold but thermometer not picking up a fever, achy legs but not so bad I can’t walk, blocked nose and ears, general malaise and just exhausted. No overwhelming headache/ sore throat etc but definitely a feeling of things aren’t right, I do have pg symptoms of nausea and sore boobs more than I had in my last 3.

I’m worried I’ve picked up an infection from the kids I nanny for and that there is more to all the symptoms than the usual pg ones and a slight cold…DH wants me to call the doctor but I don’t think they’ll be concerned and will put it down to early pg and a cold. But something just feels off.

anyone else had pregnancy symptoms plus a cold or flu early on? Did you feel a bit bizarre and off? I’ve stupidly googled my symptoms and found the virus CMV.
