Gender?

Does the left or right fallopian tube depend on the gender of your baby? Mine is from the right, does that mean anything? I've also had no nausea or morning sickness, just feel normal other than tender boobs. Could it be a boy? 🌷

Fallopian tubes have got nothing to do with it - remember that it's the sperm that determines the sex.

I had no nausea or morning sickness and am having a girl - none of the old wives tales amount to anything, you'll still have a 50/50 shot of them being true or not 😅

You can test for the sex at home for £79 in the first trimester if you're keen on finding out?

No, the only thing that affects baby's sex is whether the egg was fertilised by a sperm with an X chromosome (girl) or a sperm with a Y chromosome (boy). Symptoms don't tell you anything either; I had just tender boobs and it was a girl!

You can find out at your 20 week scan or from about 16 weeks at a private scan if you decide to go for one xx

They don’t go further than how to use a condom! There is nothing wrong with me wondering ☺️
