Advice please I’m scared 😳

hi all I’m 42 and pregnant with my first im 6w+3, im having cramps and brown red discharge however pad is clear and only see it when I wipe im booked in at epau for a scan tomorrow anyone else had this and turns out positively?

I also have very sore breasts, fatigue and lots of wind. I have done a clear blue digital this morning and still showing 1-2 weeks rather than the 3+ that i was expecting, and a normal clear blue pic attached

I had bleeding a couple of times. I think once was at 6 weeks, and one at about 10 weeks. It was enough for me to have to wear pads for first time (pretty sure i had cramps too). Second time was a large gush of bright red blood in the middle of the night. As I made my way back from the bathroom, I fainted (because I was frightened at the amount of blood) and fell down the stairs. I was convinced both times I was losing the baby. Baby is 4 months old and a very healthy boy.
I'd say it is definitely a good sign you're not bleeding onto a pad. Good luck at your scan.

Hi @Dolly42 for me this wasn't a positive outcome I'm afraid - I was the same number of weeks as you, but first lost all my symptoms. Then started with brown/red blood and a CB weeks digi showed only 1-2. It was an early miscarriage, I bled more over the next few days. Got pregnant again quickly after that though.

I just wanted you to have the full picture....it could go either way. Good that you're being checked out tomorrow.

Also not good outcome for me either - the clearblue was a definite indicator something wasn't right x

Thank you for your responses, nothing showed up on the scan had bloods taken and hcg was only 89 so have to have them redone tomorrow but not hopefully as still bleeding 😕
