I've just found I'm pregnant my clear blue said 1-2 weeks but I missed my period by 3 weeks when I found out so how could this be correct will the hospital give me a rough idea at the scan of when I conceived ?

The hospital will give you an estimated due date when you have your 12 week scan - so effectively yes.

Flederjo · 05/06/2022 11:47

When was the first day of your last actual period?
That is how pregnancies are dated. Ignore the Clearblue for now.

If you don't know when it was then you'll have to wait for the scan.

@Flederjo My last period was April 11th but since then I’ve had all negative tests up till the 19th may they have all been completely negative so I’m confused really?

"up until the 19th May" you mean after that they were positive?

If you're still getting negative tests then you're probably not pregnant

Bailyray86 · 05/06/2022 12:20

No up till the 19th I was getting negatives I used every type of tests all the extra early and all them and they was all negative so I gave up as I thought period was just late I went doctors they said I could be pregnant but ovulated late so first week of may and to wait a few more weeks and retest which I done and on the 31st I got my first positive @Flederjo

Ah, sorry, I'm getting confused. If you have long cycles and late ovulation then the BFP on May 19th makes sense, I think.
But I obviously don't know your cycle length and other dates. You can use an online pregnancy calculator, enter 1st day of your last period and your cycle length and it will give you a due date

Bailyray86 · 05/06/2022 12:25

@Flederjo sorry maybe I'm not explaining that well I didn't get a positive test till 31st of may and I had negative tests from my last menstrual cycle up till the 19th may but my period was due on the 9th of may and I missed it this is why I'm confused of as why I got a 1-2 on clear blue but the doctor said I might have ovulated on the first week of may so this may be why ? Does this make more sense

If you got your first positive on may 31st it sounds like you ovulated late. That's maybe why your clear blue says 1-2 ad they count from conception not last period

TokenGinger · 05/06/2022 22:04

You ovulated late. This happened in my first pregnancy.

The last day of my period was 20th August so I expressed ovulation to be 3rd September. I continued to test negative until 30th September, at which point it said 1-2 weeks. The only possible DTD was 15th September, so I ovulated almost two weeks late. The Clear Blue was spot on for me, and it has been again in this current pregnancy.
