Advice/ help post miscarriage

Looking for advice please:

I had my second miscarriage early May requiring EPRC (12+6) awaiting f/up with hospital team.

Currently waiting for my period and have not been checking ovulation.
Have been having sex with my husband once bleeding stopped. Last couple of days my previously experienced pregnancy symptoms have worsened (headaches/ sore boobs/ light cramping/ tiredness).

Had HCG blood test 6 days ago which was low (unsure of value). This week experiencing CM with light amounts of blood which increased today and is slightly creamy.

Yesterday felt awful - took pregnancy test ? showing positive - unsure if this was an evap line. Took X2 different tests after with different brands which are showing negative.

Any advice as to what to do next?

I had a fair positive up to 4 weeks after my miscarriage.

id it's a new pregnancy the test should get stronger over the next few days. mine just stayed the same and unfortunately wasn't a new pregnancy.

I did fall though the very next month.

Its just strange as I have had multiple negatives since the miscarriage (esp in the last week).

I am wondering if its just an evaporation line : /

It depends on the concentration of the urine, time of the day, what tests. It's such a mind ...
