6 week twinges, normal?

Hi everyone!

I'm currently 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my first baby and first ever pregnancy. Like everyone I'm terrified of miscarriage, we tried for 9 months to get pregnant and it's finally happened. Every little niggle, twinge and cramp I'm worried about. Most of these happen on my left side, which makes me paranoid of ectopic pregnancy. So can anyone reassure me that they've gone on to have a healthy baby with mild cramping in their first few weeks/months? Especially located more on one side so far it's very mild but just like an annoying awareness of something!! It's hard to explain. I only get sharp pain when I sneeze for a split second, apparently that is common?!

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thank you x

Yes very normal and also very normal to be anxious about every niggle! Congrats on your pregnancy!

Very normal. Everything is changing and stretching and implanting etc.

The pain when sneezing is also normal, ligament pain.

Obviously if one sided continuous pain gets worse, then seek medical advice

I had 'stretching' pains as they were known back then at around that time in my first pregnancy. It's normal for a first pregnancy op try not to worry.
