So sorry about your miscarriages. It’s horrible to go through.

I would just go and get a scan. Those first few weeks are full of anxiety when you are pregnant following a miscarriage. I got one around 8 weeks, following a miscarriage, and felt much better.

So sorry this is an awful time and I will also bet that even after 12’weeks you will still be worried. I found pregnancy the most worrying time of my whole life.

100% get the early scan, knowing there’s a heart beat and that reduces the chance of miscarriage. I would look into hynpobirthing (there’s free tracks on YouTube). I used to more for relaxing and learning to control my breathing which can be helpful if you go natural or c section.

I would go get the scan 💖 I completely empathise with how difficult it feels. I lost my first baby at 33 weeks last June, I'm currently 30 weeks with my rainbow and the whole pregnancy has been nothing but anxiety.
I booked an early reassurance scan this time around. I cried all day in the lead up to the scan because I was so scared of the outcome, but I also knew I couldn't keep going on the way I was, as the 'not knowing' was doing more damage.
Surround yourself with comforting and supportive people. And never, ever beat yourself up for your anxious thoughts - they are only natural.
I must ask my husband 50+ times a day if he thinks the baby will be okay, I honestly think I must be the most annoying person to live with right now, but sometimes just hearing that there's no reason anything would be wrong is the reassurance we all need.
Sending you lots of love and wishing you a happy and healthy outcome 💖

It’s normal. I felt anxious in my first pregnancy after 2 miscarriages. I wasn’t going to relax until I saw my baby born. He’ll be 18 this year. I received much criticism from my MIL about the lack of baby things I bought in preparation! I wasn’t quite so anxious during my second pregnancy (distraction of a toddler to look after). Your brain has just become wired that way because of your previous experiences but it doesn’t mean that it’ll happen again. x

I had one at 10weeks in November and one in march at 8 weeks think I'll book one over the next few days as not knowing is making me ill 😭😭
