Looking for reassurance I think..
Currently 13 weeks and i am now at the point I feel like everything I've done is wrong according to someone somewhere and it's getting to me a bit.
So far - went abroad for 4 days, didn't sit in the sun but got a bit burnt by accident = bad
Dyed my hair at 12 weeks = a bit bad
Have covid for the 2nd time = bad
Sitting in the sun now = bad
Booked a 2 week holiday for when I'm 20 weeks = terrible to some people
Doing yoga = bad because I've did some twists/core exercises
Are pregnant women suppose to sit in a box for 9 months??
I've probably blinked too much today too 😑
Anyone feel the same?

Just ignore them, it won't stop and will only get worse when baby is here! Im on holiday next week when I'll be 22 weeks, been sunburnt, eaten medium steak, had a small glass of champagne, I've had Parma ham... There's loads more i will have forgotten about. People love to have an opinion. The best one for me is my MIL keeps telling me not to eat too much!? Pleeaasseee if there's a time in my life I'm going to eat alot... It's right now. People really do be thinking pregnant woman should sit in a dark room and just concentrate on growing a baby for 9 months 😂 x

Its the fear people put in you on some of these forums or random websites with no valid evidence but now someone's said something, you feel like you shouldn't do it either because they must have got their info from somewhere.
And by the way some people talk it's as if they did lock themselves in a room for 9 months, the " I wouldn't risk using a microwave" people. It's exhausting

Flipping heck! Ignore and block if necessary.

I went to USA for 10 days at 8 weeks pregnant, Spain for a week in Feb at 20 weeks and France for the weekend 2 weeks ago. 34 weeks preganant next week.

Absolutely nothing wrong with doing any of these trips.
