Where to find NIPT - Plus test?

I understand most private hospitals in the UK only provide basic NIPT test for Trisomy 21, 18 and 13. I wonder where I can find NIPT-plus test for chromosomal abnormalities resulting from microdeletions and screening for missing/additional chromosomes in other 19 pairs of strands?

Now I only find one hospital in Thailand, it is too far:( Has anyone done this test before? Please give me a recommendation. Thanks in advance.

The Panorama test offers an optional extra microdeletions panel. Don’t know where you are, but I had mine at MUMS in Solihull. I’m sure there will be London clinics too.

Bear in mind, the screening for these conditions is less accurate than the main three most tests screen for.

The Praenatest NIPT also offers this. Here's the website:

I had it done in Germany, you'll have to find out yourself where else it is available. You don't say where you are.

Thanks for your advice, why it is less accurate?

OP, both the Harmony and the Panorama tests can also screen for the other conditions you mentioned - you have to go a bit deeper into the websites for the London clinics and usually you'll have to specially request these extras.

I don’t know the science behind why, but it just is less accurate at screening for some conditions than others. And there can be issues with false positives which you need to consider are a (albeit low) possibility - which can lead to unnecessary further tests. I’ve attached a pic of the percentages if that helps. It’s a great test, but you have to accept it’s not 100%.
