I'm 32 weeks pregnant and for the last week I've gone from feeling happy/glowy/excited to low mood, crying numerous times a day and feeling disconnected from my baby. Im feeling extremely guilty over feeling so low and worried that it is effecting baby as well as not feeling like I've been connected to him this week. Has anybody else experience the same when reaching trimester or?

I did. Several times I regretted getting pregnant. I was going through a break up too so that impacted my mood.

With hormones surging around it's no wonder we go through every emotion when pregnant. Perfectly normal OP.

Hi sorry to hear your feeling low. It's common to feel like this during pregnancy but if it continues consider going to the doctors. I work for a support group for pre and post natal depressed moms and help them with there feelings etc. if you feel like your low mood is taking over then please ask for some support. There are specialist midwife's trained in pre natal depression/low mood xx
