Feeling unwell before BFP?

I'm 13dpo today, yesterday I started with a chesty cough out the blue, which is still continuing along with mild lower back pain which I've had on and off for a good couple off days and now it seems more persistent. I haven't felt unwell or anything like that up until today.

So my question is, have any ladies on here felt unwell a day or two prior to their period being due and got that positive pregnancy test instead?

My period is due either today or tomorrow, so I was going to wait until tomorrow to test. My lmp was the 5th May.

It could be that I am coming down with something but I just think it's odd how it's started out the blue and not gradually.

Hi @Abbl96 I tested on the 2nd June in the afternoon it was negative but since then on Saturday late afternoon I started with light spotting on and off, then later that evening it turned into more of a flow which continued on Sunday but come Monday lunchtime it had gone back to spotting up until about 8pm ish and there has been nothing since.

Usually my periods are 4 to 5 days long and a normal flow, not spotting. My period before this one was 5th May.

A few ladies on here have said to test again, which I'm probably going to do.
