I had a transvaginal ultrasound done this morning and the tech had asked if multiples run in the family. They do. I have twins and triplets on both sides. She then told me that my right ovary released 2 eggs and my left ovary released 1. She said that as of right now she only saw one baby. Just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else and you had one hiding behind the other? What are the chances of releasing 3 eggs and only having a singleton? I'm 8 weeks exactly so I know that with the baby being small, multiples could be hidden easily. I have another ultrasound scheduled in two weeks, so now I'm just anxious.
