OMG I'm pregnant at 41

I just turned 41 a month ago and just found out I am pregnant. Only about 4 weeks. Like and absolute idiot I thought I was peri menopausal and even had an appointment booked with a specialist.
I'm terrified 😨

Hi I'm 41 am unsure if I'm going through premenpause or not I've not had period for 10 weeks. Been getting cramps this week n spotting of old blood. I'm not get any symptoms of my other pregnancy. Not sure whether to do a test or jus make an appointment at the doctors.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this before.?

Just do a test, that's the first thing the doctor will ask anyway is if you've done a test
