Butterfly flutters

Currently coming up to 12 weeks with 3rd baby and keep getting flutters in the bottom of my bump which is also about the size I was when I was 6 months pregnant last night. Is anyone else experiencing this? Surely it's too early to be feeling baby?

I’m 12+3 with baby number 3 today. I had my scan this morning and it was somersaulting and wiggling all over the place but I couldn’t feel a thing. I thought I felt something a couple of nights ago but it must have been wind as I couldn’t feel a thing today and could see it moving around all over the place.
