First time this month I add sexual intercourse 9 days before period is due no condoms no nothing and now I'm 3 days late but pregnancy tests are negative but this morning I've woken up with really sore boobs I can't even pick my drink up with brushing my arms past them it hurts

Wait a few days and take another test. Either it will be positive and you're pregnant, or negative and your period will start, later for some reason.

Wait a week after first test, take another (if no period). If it's still negative, contact GP.
