I saw the GP yesterday who prescribed six thrush pessaries to take for six nights in a row. I struggled trying to insert the first one last night as it was too dry to go in. After using a bit of lube it went in but I struggled to get it up very far. I have quite a large bump already and can’t reach up inside very high but I pushed it as far as I could. This afternoon I have had a large part of the pessary come out undissolved, meaning it’s not going to work as it should.
I’m wondering if anyone else has suffered the same issue? I’m not sure if it was because it wasn’t up high enough or if the lube stopped it from dissolving properly. I’m a bit wary of putting the next one in tonight as I can still feel part of it up there and feel like after six nights I’ll just be full of pessary up there!
Any advice for more success tonight would be gratefully received :)
