Weight lifting effect implantation

Hello ladies
im on ttc journey since 2 years and last year i got pregnant but unfortunately that end in miscarriage at 10weeks

since than on clomid and from cd14 on utrogestan but no result last month having severe bleeding with clots sorry for tmi dr says might be i conceive but having chemical one and this month again trying and today i went for shopping as im not thinking for making shopping heavy but its turned almost 8kg and its not seem heavy to me but when i lift the bag and use stairs to get to home as i lived on second floor its quite feel heavy to me. Also mention that i was bit much concerns this time but i lift weight today and this make me worried that my little mistake make me cast of not conceiving 😔😔😔😔

is one time weight effect implantation or not

im too much worried

please help me

What dpo are you today?

Lifting a couple of bags won't cause a miscarriage.

You start progesterone on CD14, but what if you actually ovulate later than this? You should only start progesterone after ovulation.

Im right now 5dpo and i used opk for ovulation and i ovulate on cd13 till cd15

Okay so implantation most likely won't have happened just yet! So don't worry .

My BBT last few days are 36.8 to 37 but today its drop to 36.6
as my last cycle my BBT drops all of sudden right after my ovulation ends and its took time this cycle and now drops and i googled and they said it’s implantation dip when BBT drops for one day only

No, lifting a few shopping bags will be fine. It can't affect something so tiny happening inside your body.
So now you have to wait to see if you get a positive test!

Thank GOD as i was really worried so this tww will not use stairs as old lady tales do not use stairs and bla bla
thus tww is really killing
this gums bleed also effect implantation as whenever i got my periods my gyms starts to bleed 😔😔
